The bear and wildlife watching in Slovakia article is due to be published in the February edition of BBC Wildlife  and I have not as yet been given a date for the Ramblers Association Walk magazine article also from Slovakia.
 
I promised to put a link in my blog and thank Robin Rigg of the Slovak Wildlife Society for all his help with the BBC Wildlife feature so do take a look a the society’s web site 
 
It seems old news now but I was fortunate enough to get two photos published in the British Press Photographers Association book Unseen. The link only takes you to the books details I am afraid not my photos.
 
As a member of the NUJ  I put in a few photos to the Photography Matters exhititoin and managed to get two selected out of the 50 on display.  The two that were selected are children waiting to perform at a ballet school here and the floods in Gloucester in 2009 here.
 
The exhibition is doing a tour of Calumet stores as reported in BJP so look out for it if you go to one.
