Magnum Photos Professional Practice

I have just been offered a place on the Magnum Photos Professional Practice course on 5th -6th February in London.  It should be an interesting and instructive weekend.  I  am hoping to come back with lots of ideas to develop both the business and the photojournalism sides of my photography.
 
January is usually a quite time for commissioned work for me and this year is no exception. However I have covered a demonstration in Bridgewater Somerset about the building of a new nuclear power station at Hinkley Point  - this story is going to run and run of course.  I also went out in the snow to get some stock images
 
I have 14 days of commissions lined up over the next few months, so from a business point of view that’s very good news.
 
Finally, the BBC Wildlife magazine story is out now in the February edition so why not buy a copy and take a look.  As well as the feature there as several of my photos.
